You may upload templates, forms, and lists of hard-to-spell names or words and we will save them to assist our typists in transcribing your documents. At the beginning of each telephone dictation, you must instruct us to use your template (specify template name if you have more than one template); otherwise we will not know that a template is to be used. If you upload your audio file, you can specify which template to use at that time.
