The following is a description of Rush, Regular and Super Rush Service:
If you select "Regular" Service, we will usually finish your job in 12 to 24 hours, but frequently within just a couple of hours. Sometimes we are inundated with files, in which case we may go over 24 hours. The 24 hours is not guaranteed. If you are on a deadline, please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Selecting "Rush" Service moves your job to the top of the list, behind the other pending Rush jobs. We try to finish small Rush files in about 2 hours, but that isn't always possible, nor is it guaranteed.
If you select "Super-Rush" Service, we will endeavor to complete your 1,000 word (or smaller) file within 60 minutes, and your 1,001-2,000 word files within 2 hours. Please see below for all the Super Rush tiers. We may assign your file to multiple transcribers in order to expedite the completion of your file, in which case you may receive your completed file in sections, or pieces. Not all audio files can be processed as Super Rush Files. Although Super Rush files receive the highest priority, there is no guaranteed turn-around-time.
If you select "Super-Rush" Service, you will be billed at the rate of $0.05 (five cents) per word, but only if we complete your file within the time frames described below. The clock starts when we receive your Super Rush file or when you log in and upgrade your service level to Super Rush, whichever comes later.
If we fail to deliver your Super-Rush file to you within the time frames described below, you will not be billed the Super-Rush rate but instead you will be billed the Rush rate.
