Retrieving Your Files

When your transcription is finished, it will be sent to you by email. In addition, you may retrieve it from our website. You may also retrieve a copy of your voice file. In order to access your audios or finished transcripts, you will need your account # and PIN. If you do not receive your completed file by e-mail within a reasonable period of time, it shall be encumbant upon you to first check your spam folder and then log in to your account to retrieve your file. iDictate is not responsible for mail delivery failures.
